The Evaluation of SAP usage towards PPIC department in PT. Insera Sena

The background of PT. Insera Sena using SAP is because of the inventory management problems occurred inside PPIC department. During the implementation, SAP has brought significant improvement toward PPIC department, and nevertheless it also brought positive impacts toward other departments as well. This report is about how SAP has solved the inventory problem inside PPIC department, and how it also brings impacts to the other departments. Using the short-term research timeline, three months before and after SAP implementation, which is in January until March in 2005 and 2006, the thorough research using several variables is implemented. Finally, it can be concluded that SAP has brought significant improvement, although there are several things need to be fixed up.
