Analyzing organizational behavior impact toward the company performance from branch point of fiew

Organizationakbehavior has become a major issue in most of the company. A lot of company around the world had realized the importance of this factor, company in Indonesia also start to aware upon this factor. A wrong organizational culture set by the top level management might lead to a toxic culture that might damaging the way company runs. In ABC Company, this issue seems to emerge. A miss manage culture had lead to the inefficiency inside of the company, beside that it also impacted the company employee turnover. This company employee turnover reaches 75% within a year. Author purpose in doing this research is to discover where is the hitch in this organizational culture runs within this company, result attained from the questionnaire will be analyzed using quantitative and qualitative ways, and come up with recommendation to improve this.
